In this role, we: 

  • Led the cross-functional executive planning PMO. 
  • Drove alignment across executive-level stakeholders and business units.  
  • Assessed and drove alignment for new sales models essential to reaching revenue targets. 

Results

The organization entered the fiscal year with a fully aligned strategic plan and clear execution milestones—hitting first-quarter growth targets. New sales capacity models and incentive structures were implemented, alongside a large-scale sales enablement strategy. By the end of the engagement, the interim director was hired full-time and now leads strategic planning for the organization.
